Student Transportation

It is among our priority goals to transport our children from their homes to their schools and from their schools to their homes in the safest and most comfortable conditions.
As Pacific Tourism; we aim to provide the best service at all times by following all kinds of innovations and developments in the sector and thus always keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. In the line with this purpose, we embark on the principle of continuous improvement for our service vehicles, drivers, and guides within the framework of our student transportation service.
- Our Service Vehicles: Our student transportation service vehicles have all the types of equipment specified by the Ministry of National Education with the ‘School Service Vehicles Service Regulation’. Our vehicles, which are all new and all kinds of security requirements have been fulfilled, have seat belts, security cameras, and intelligent vehicle tracking systems. Thus, thanks to 24/7 tracking and detailed reporting, our control and supervision over our vehicles and drivers are increasing. The system prevents vehicles from being used dangerously and speeding, ensuring compliance with traffic rules. It sends an alarm in case of possible accidents or emergencies. Thus, it reduces the risk of accidents, and traffic fines and provides instant intervention in emergencies. The system reports the starting and the end times of drivers by monitoring the vehicles continuously. Thus it provides to save time. In addition, due to the safety of our children, we do not carry more than the number of seats in our service vehicles and we insure all the students that we serve.
- Our Drivers: We select our drivers who will carry out student transportation from among experienced people with high vision, and have the education and documents required by the student service standards. We provide our drivers with pieces of training on effective communication with children, child safety and first aid for children, safe driving and in-car hygienic care, as well as standard student service transportation training. We check our drivers’ judicial registers, driver’s license registers, and health statuses with renewed yearly documents, and we make the necessary improvements by determining the service performance with surveys.
- Our Guides: It is essential that our guides, who have the primary goal of welcoming our students in the best way and being a good companion to them, are always friendly and help them with everything that children need. Our students are the responsibility of our guides from the moment they take in the service vehicle. It is one of the priority tasks of our guides to put our students on the vehicle and drop them off and hand them over to their parents.
We provide education to our guides that are chosen among the people who have a high vision, about psychological status assessment, behavior seminars; and first aid training for children as well as child psychology and communication, the way of speech, the solution of the problems, pieces of training in matters of cleanliness and appearance. We check the judicial record and health status with renewed documents every year and make the necessary improvements by determining the service performance with surveys.
